Une exoplanète, ou planète extrasolaire, est une planète orbitant autour d'une étoile autre que le Soleil.
La décourverte de la première exoplanète remonte en septembre 1990, ou Aleksander Wolszcan détecte, à l'aide du radiotélscope d'Arecibo, plusieurs astres autour du pulsar PSR 1257+12. Depuis lors, les détections d'exoplanètes s'enchainent, à un rythme grandissant au fur et à mesure ou les moyens de détection augmente.
Voici la liste des exoplanètes actuellement connues et confirmées. Cette liste a été faites à partir de l'encyclopédie officielle des exoplanètes de l'Observatoire de Paris.
